Coconut Lime Popsicles

All the flavors of the Caribbean in one treat.

  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Zest
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Rum Optional


  1. Blend all ingredients until well-combined.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.

  3. Freeze in molds for at least 4 hours. 

  4. Remove from molds and serve! 

Recipe Notes

Run warm water over your molds to loosen the popsicles for easier removal! Wouldn't want to waste any!
