Berry Beer-sicles

Sometimes in the Caribbean, your beer gets hot before you can drink it... not if you're us, but that's besides the point. Whip these up to keep your beer REALLY cold.

  • 2 Cups Mixed Berries Fresh if possible
  • 1/4 Cup Simple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Fruity Beer


  1. Blend berries, simple syrup and 1/4 of the beer.

  2. Add remaining beer to blender and stir. 

  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

  5. Remove popsicles from mold and serve!

Recipe Notes

Run warm water over your mold to loosen popsicles for easier removal! Wouldn't want to waste any!
