Caribbean Espresso Martini

  • ice
  • 2 oz coconut milk
  • 4 oz espresso
  • 2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz crème de cacao
  • crushed espresso beans to garnish
  • dark chocolate flakes to garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, coconut milk, espresso, vodka and crème de cacao and shake. 

  2. In a (shallow) dish, wider than the rim of your glass, pour in extra coconut milk and dip the rim of your glass in it.

  3. In a separate dish with the crushed espresso beans and chocolate flakes, dip the rim of your glass again to garnish.
