May 30, 2023A honeymoon for the books
Stayed here for our honeymoon in May 2023. We chose this resort due to the limited number of rooms and assumed this would have led to a more intimate, less crowded experience. Well, it was. The service was exceptional. We were aided by our butler Maria, who was pleasant and always willing to assist with any of our requests. She went above and beyond. Our culinary experience was on par with what was expected. The food was tasty, and there was enough variety for us to enjoy. Special shoutout to Edwin, whose mixology skills were exceptional in providing us with tasty drinks and catering to our unique drink requests. I must say, you need to at least do a couple's massage when you're there. I wish we could have done this everyday :) we left feeling so relaxed, almost in a dream state. We're already planning to return and further check out other resorts in the Palladium group. If there isn't that, I would note is, don't go to this resort expecting to spend most of your time at the beach. I would say the beach is more for aesthetic purposes. The room was cozy and comfy, and the staff kept our fridge well-stocked at all times, and if we ever needed extra, we could call on Maria :). You need to do one of the romantic dinners. I must say Maria ensured that day was our most romantic stay yet, we had dinner with a view, and we were surprised with a pleasant Happy Honeymoon gift :) Thanks, Maria and to the staff at TRS!

Perfect, quiet , adults only resort.
Perfect location, with outstanding staff. Our butler Eloy made our stay perfect !!!Entertainment was great . Swimming pools were great . The swim up rooms were fantastic. Bar service came around all the time …Food was great .

Good times
A long overdue vacation for the wife and I. The staff here really work hard to make our stay the best it could be. We enjoyed the convenience of the location from the Airport, just a twenty minute ride and let the fun begin. We will be back.

Very Relaxing and Private.
I had a nice experiance the butler Eloy was wonderful and very helpful, I enjoyed the service Alexander from the grill provided, and Playero Richerson was extremely helpful, I would recommend this place to other couples who want to take sometime to rest and relax. This place wasn’t bad, the only thing I would critic is the menus of their restaurants for what ever reason there isn’t a local dish for people who want to enjoy a diffrent kind of food. But besides that place was great.

Exceptional spot. Highly recommend.
Well first I want to say we were welcomed upon arrival with some delicious drinks. Our room wasn’t ready but they gave us another room. We had a swim up pool room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room came with our own Butler. Eloy was a great butler and host. He made sure we had everything we needed and more. At dinner we meet and gem of a host named Evelyn she was so sweet and accommodating. Music was great and entertainment was awesome as well. They had nightly shows. Francisco was the pool party man and he was great. The ladies at the coffee bar were great also Yeinery was such a doll. We had room service that last few nights and Jeinry(probably spelled wrong) was awesome. He was also very attentive. We were able to enjoy the grounds and also relax on the days we wanted to. We also found that Joll the food service manager worked there as well. We had previously meet him at another resort a few years back. He took very good care of us. Got us a pool side breakfast which was amazing then for dinner on our last night he set up a private dinner overlooking the ocean which was super romantic. We were waited on by Luis the Somali which was amazing.
