Caribbean Espresso Martini
Whether you're craving a bold and boozy dessert or a post-dinner pick-me-up, this cocktail is the perfect solution!
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 4 oz espresso
- 2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz crème de cacao
- crushed espresso beans to garnish
- dark chocolate flakes to garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, coconut milk, espresso, vodka and crème de cacao and shake.
In a (shallow) dish, wider than the rim of your glass, pour in extra coconut milk and dip the rim of your glass in it.
In a separate dish with the crushed espresso beans and chocolate flakes, dip the rim of your glass again to garnish.
This recipe is perfect to make for small gatherings, or even for date-night at home.
