Unhappy place called Paraiso
Very unhappy with this location and overall Iberostar Paraiso. So many wierd and unlucky circumstances. Lights go down and up. WiFi down due to rain (sure it is sensitive to drizzle). Half decorated rooms (junior suite). No water on the beach (showers/food area/soda machines). Half AquaPark slides r not working (price firm). No entertainment for kids, but word games or word bingos. very few options altogether across all Iberostar hotels here, even with xtra charge lindo or maya. Kinda a joke comparing to the past years (pre covid times). What happend to full schedule proffesional dancers (like in 2017 or 2019?). The biggest concern though is we do not feel welcome or needed here. All guests are evaluated by staff based on region and their passport. Lobby doesnt know the answers to easy questions. Very junior staff there. Simply the worst is Conciege experience. A guy (Ignacio) today was just rude. He ended the conversation instantly once he learned that we wont accept his “generous offer” of 1.5-2h tour of Maya lobby etc, but i choose to enjoy beach and amenieties with my kids instead. While the owner Mr Micheal Rosello wants every guest to “experience” his mayan section. Guess what? No. Gracias. Maybe next time..if What the hell is wrong with people? I did not pay & packed my family of 4 to see/hear a lousy sales pitch. Lastly, senior management (all suites and white and blue shirts) drinking in bar area at nights saluting like their goal of scaring $$$ paying guests is reached? In that case job well done. This is our 3rd and last iberostar trip so far. Let’s wait till serious management takes over this location. I dont want your vip or privillage elite points.

Best Mexican resort
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped with anything you could imagine. The food was amazing every time and there’s plenty of options. The entertainment team really just brings this resort together

👍
Sooo the staff was awesome…shout out to Gigi(entertainment staff) I know she is probably reading this(she kicked a$$)(pretty sure the entertainment staff never slept and knew us all after the first day). The room was good, the entertainment was good, the reservation restaurants were good. The only critique I have is I think the casual buffets in Cabo had better food but the service here was top notch. Other than that we enjoyed our trip. Only other critique I might have is If you miss the trolleys you might have a good walk. Overall, the staff was awesome, drinks were pretty strong, and I would stay here again.
